The decisions of local, state and county municipalities directly affect, (sometimes adversely) the building industry. Often, the decision-makers of various boards don’t understand the issues fully, or the long-term ramifications left in the wake for citizens or the building industry. Baseline’s founder, Roxanna Trinka ran for Boca Raton City Council in 2000 and served on the Zoning Board of Adjustment for 4 years. Participation and contributions to many civic and industry governmental affairs committees is of great importance to Baseline. The time and money spent to ensure jobs in the industry for the future, as well as protection of our communities with sensible growth, is certainly money well spent.
